Nose: An aromatic bouquet of red berries with leaf and mint characters
   
Palate: A fruity and fresh palate of red berries with a firm finish. The tannic structure reflects very well the 2001 cooler vintage
   
Style: Blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25%Merlot. Matured in French barriques for 12 months
   
Serve with: Red meat, gamey meat and cheeses
   
Best drinking: Now to 2007
