Nose: Classic cool climate aromas such as cassis, cedar, black olives and mint
   
Palate: Dark wild berries flavours in perfect balance with the fine and silky tannins. Lingering palate.
   
Style: Full bodied - 16 months maturation in French oak barriques
   
Serve with: Red meat, smoked meat, gamey meat and strong cheeses
