Tasting Notes
   
Colour: Deep red with red hues
   
Nose: Red plum, dark cherry and raspberry aromas
   
Palate: Complex palate with red berries and vanilla flavours from the maturation in French oak barriques. The palate has smooth and silky tannins. The finish is full and lingering
   
Style: Full bodied wine matured for twenty fours months in 100% French oak barriques
   
Serve with: Red meat, poultry and soft cheese
   
Best drinking: 2007 to 2020
