» 2009 Tumbarumba Chardonnay and 2009 Chalkers Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon are taking off

Our 2009 Tumbarumba Chardonnay has been awarded NSW Top 100 by James Halliday. Our 2009 Chalkers Crossing Hilltops Cabernet Sauvignon has been awarded Blue Gold at the 2012 International Sydney Wine Competition and is rated 95/100, Best of the Bests, in the 2012 James Halliday Wine Companion.

» A boost to our marketing team

Hazel Murphy has joined our team as marketing consultant to expand our presence in Europe and Canada. Hazel was responsible for many of the original marketing initiatives for the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation's Wine Export Council in London. Her service to the Australian Wine industry has been formally acknowledged on a number of occasions. In 1996 Hazel was awarded the Order of Australia for Services to the Australian Wine Industry and the Australian Wine Industry’s Maurice O'Shea Medal and in 2004 Hazel was the inaugural Honorary Australian of the Year.

We are very happy that Hazel is working with us and welcome her to Chalkers Crossing.

DS International Trade Co Ltd and Beijing Capital wine Co Ltd are now representing Chalkers Crossing in Liaoning and Beijing. Exciting news and a very promising future for our export to China.

New agents taking on Chalkers Crossing wines in Ontario and Quebec.
Hobbs & Co is a family run business which has been operating for over fifteen years in Ontario. Their goal is to provide exceptional wines to restaurant and private customers as well as obtain listings in the Liquor Control Board of Ontario stores.

Denmark
FinVin, owned by Finn Hetebrügge, has a great reputation throughout Denmark as a distributor of premium, estate grown wines from around the world.  FinVin is based in Odense where it is strategically placed to cover all of Denmark.

A new face for Chalkers Crossing in Hong Kong
Cottage Vineyard International Lty  has agreed to be Chalkers Crossing agent in the Hong Kong and Macau. Building a reputation for Chalkers Crossing will be their objective with a focus on the ‘On Trade’ at the premium end of the market.
