Nose: Ripe cherry, spicy and smoky aromas
   
Palate: Cherry and plum flavours followed by a soft tannin structure
   
Style: Matured for twelve months in French oak barriques
   
Serve with: Red meat, poultry, gamey meat and cheeses
   
Best drinking: Now to 2007
